ClaimFlux® is a cloud-hosted debt management system developed and maintained by Quest Risk Services Ltd. By accessing or using ClaimFlux®, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including our data handling and privacy practices.
2. Data Privacy & Protection
We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of all client and end-user data. ClaimFlux® is built with robust data protection measures and is designed to align with applicable regulatory and compliance standards. Our data protection practices include:
Secure cloud hosting with regular system updates and encrypted backups
Role-based access to limit data visibility by user responsibility
Activity logging to track and audit user interactions
Use of secure API and VPN access for integrations
Zero local installation — all access is browser-based and password protected
3. System Usage & Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of user login credentials
Ensuring that your users comply with ethical and lawful use of the system
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach
Providing accurate and lawful data for upload, use, or processing within the platform
ClaimFlux® is intended solely for commercial use. Unauthorized access, tampering, or use for illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
4. Data Ownership & Access
All data uploaded or processed through ClaimFlux® remains the property of the client organization. Quest Risk Services Ltd does not claim ownership of your data, and we do not share, sell, or exploit it for third-party purposes.
We reserve the right to access your data for the sole purpose of system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support — with full confidentiality.
5. System Uptime & Availability
We strive to offer 99.9% uptime across our cloud infrastructure. While rare, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur. Clients will be notified in advance whenever possible.
6. Support & Service Continuity
Quest Risk Services Ltd provides full onboarding, training, and after-sales support. All maintenance, security patches, and feature updates are managed by our internal team to ensure continuous service delivery.
7. Modifications to the Platform
We may enhance or modify system features to improve functionality or security. Any changes that impact existing workflows will be communicated to clients in advance.
8. Termination of Service
Clients may terminate their subscription by notifying our support team. Upon termination, we will retain your data securely for up to 30 days to allow for retrieval, after which it will be permanently deleted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
